Cx. Magnoliae Officinalis Hou Po 3g Promotes the movement of Qi in the Middle Jiao, resolves Stagnation, descends Rebellious Qi, dries Dampness and transforms Phlegm.
With Ren Shen and Gan Cao, for distention and fullness due to Deficiency Cold.
Rz. Zingiberis Recens Sheng Jiang 1g Releases the Exterior, induces perspiration, disperses Cold, warms the Middle, stops vomiting, adjusts the Ying and Wei, normalizes the flow of Qi at the center and reduces the toxicity of other herbs.
With Zhi Ban Xia, for vomiting due to many causes including Stomach Cold.
Rz. Pinelliae Preparatum Zhi Ban Xia 5g Dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm, descends Rebellious Qi and stops vomiting.
With Ren Shen, for vomiting due to Stomach Deficiency.
With Hou Po, for Phlegm-induced cough, vomiting, and epigastric and abdominal distention.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 2.5g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
Rx. Ginseng           Ren Shen 1.5g Tonifies Spleen and Stomach Qi and tonifies Qi in Deficiency patients with Exterior conditions.
